According to the report, Crystal Lynette Fulford, 63, of Perham, appeared in Otter Tail County District Court last week on felony theft charges related to the theft of over $62,000 in cash from pull tabs over multiple years and businesses in the Perham area. She has been charged with theft by swindle.
