Kearney man arrested for DUI
Fremont police were dispatched at about 3:30 Tuesday afternoon to a business in the 500 block of West 23rd Street for a welfare check on an individual in a parked vehicle. After several attempts to wake the individual, a DUI investigation was conducted. Gregory D. Major, 32, of Kearney was arrested for second offense DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Omaha teen pleads not guilty after shooting injures 4 in downtown Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - An Omaha teenager charged in connection to a shooting that injured four people near O Street last October entered a plea on Monday. One person in custody after authorities chase FedEx tractor trailer on I-80
LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A pursuit of a FedEx tractor trailer on I-80 resulted in the driver being taken into custody after being hospitalized. The pursuit began around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday night on westbound I-80, with the Nebraska State Patrol pursuing the semi. Other law enforcement agencies soon joined in, including the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office and Lincoln Police.
