RHINELANDER, Wis. - Several residents in the Northwoods are without power due to the severe storms late Monday morning. According to WPS, the town of Bradley has nearly 950 customers without service. That is the area with the highest number of people without power, followed by Tomahawk with just over 500 residents without power.
