North Syracuse police officer hospitalized after car crash
CLAY, N.Y. — A North Syracuse Police officer was sent to the hospital after being involved in a car crash in the Town of Clay Thursday night. According to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office, the police cruiser was hit by a minivan near the intersection of Henry Clay Blvd and Buckley Rd. NORTH SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Around 5:40 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, a North Syracuse Police cruiser was involved in a crash with a civilian vehicle. The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office says a 41-year-old woman from Liverpool was driving her Dodge Caravan on Henry Clay Boulevard and collided with the police cruiser as it was responding to a disturbance with a possible weapon.
