One in critical, two in serious condition after head-on crash on I-690 near fairgrounds
Syracuse, N.Y. – Three people were seriously injured after a head-on collision on Interstate 690 West early Sunday morning. Around 6 a.m., Jimmy Brown, 35, was driving eastbound on I-690 near the fairgrounds in a Chevrolet Malibu when he lost control and crossed over the highway’s median, according to an Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office release.
