MTU’s Rozsa Center announces full season of Arts and Entertainment for 2024/25 season
HOUGHTON, Mich. (WLUC) - Tuesday morning, the Rozsa Center for the Performing Arts announced the full 2024/25 season. It added three series highlighting local talent. Michigan Tech Art, Michigan Tech Music, and Michigan Tech Theatre Series. Announced earlier this month were live events featuring touring artists in the Class Acts and Rozsa Presenting Series to round out the 2024/25 Roszsa Season.

Opening date set for new Keweenaw Co-op storefront in downtown Hancock
HANCOCK, Mich. (WLUC) - An opening date has been set for the new home of the Keweenaw Co-op in Hancock. The business will be opening for business on Oct. 16. “Knowing that we’re only 58 days from opening really puts a fine point on all of the work that we’ve done for last five, 10 years,” Keweenaw Co-op Retail/Operations Manager Denise Hansen said. “Nothing has been simple or easy through this process. We’ve gone through a pandemic, we’ve gone through cultural change, and having all of these things actually become this close is pretty exciting.”
