    Three-year-old boy with autism found dead in water near Disney World resort

    A three-year-old autistic boy has been found dead in the water near a Disney World resort in Florida.

    Rakim Akbari was reported missing after it's believed he wandered away from the Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas. The Orange County Sheriff's Office put out an urgent missing child alert before the child's body was found in the water hours later.

    The Sheriff's Office wrote on Facebook: "It is with heavy hearts that we must share that our deputies have found Rakim Akbari deceased in a body of water at the resort where he was reported missing this morning. Our detectives are still looking into how this tragedy occurred. We are grieving his loss, and our prayers are with his family."

    “Our detectives are still looking into how this tragedy occurred,” the sheriff's office said. “We are grieving his loss, and our prayers are with his family.”

    Akbari's mother, Tarina, shared a message on Facebook reading: "My baby, oh God, why my baby boy'- later adding: "I need y'all, please, please, my baby [is] missing...Please, I can't live without my baby, please help me, please God, my baby boy."
