Tristan Thompson’s baby mama Maralee Nichols moves into plush Orange County home ‘by the beach’ with son Theo, 2

TRISTAN Thompson’s baby mama Maralee Nichols and their young son Theo have moved out of Los Angeles, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.

The 33-year-old, who lived in Texas before relocating when the news broke she was pregnant , is now settled in Orange County.

During the first years of motherhood, she lived in a luxury apartment in Marina Del Rey close to Santa Monica.

A source told The U.S. Sun this week, “She moved from Marina last year to Orange County and now lives in Newport Beach. She and Theo love living close to the beach.”

In recent weeks she has shared videos on her Instagram Story of trips with her son to the beach , showing him running on the sand and enjoying the sunshine.

In one photograph, the tot wore an all-white linen outfit and a matching bucket hat as he was pictured looking out at the horizon.

Marlalee held onto Theo’s hand as the waves crashed on the shore and the water brushed up against their feet.

The following post was a video of Theo having the time of his life while running through the sand.

The U.S. Sun reached out to Maralee’s rep who declined to comment.

Mother and her son are now more than 70 miles away from where Tristan lives in Calabasas when he’s not away playing with the Cleveland Cavaliers .

CHILD SUPPORT CLAIM

He has still never met little Theo but is a doting father to son Tatum with Khloe Kardashian , who was born around the same time.

Tristan lives just doors away from his ex, who was stunned to learn of Maralee’s pregnancy.

After giving birth, the model lived in a plush complex in Los Angeles by the beach, where units are rented for more than $3,400 a month to almost $11,000.

The Sun published photographs showing the waterfront building, with three roof decks offering panoramic views of the harbor filled with boats and yachts.

The stunning location offered a giant swimming pool with cabanas and loungers for residents and their guests, a two-story fitness center, and even a pet park and spa.

The U.S. Sun reported in March how Maralee was chasing Tristan , 32, for child support payments for months as a court ruled he had to pay her almost $58,000.

The filing from the Los Angeles Superior Court claims Tristan missed payments between September 15, 2023, and January 31, 2024.

It is not known if he has finally paid the money and numerous calls to his lawyer and representative went unanswered.

Although the court papers are now sealed in LA, TMZ reported he was ordered to pay Maralee $9,500 a month.

He also pays child support each month for Tatum, two, and daughter True, four, with Khloe Kardashian, along with son Prince, six, with ex Jordan Craig.

New York marriage lawyer Morghan Leia Richardson previously told HollywoodLife millionaire Tristan will be paying for his son until he turns 18 after a paternity test proved he’s the father.

“In looking at a support award, the court will review both parents’ monthly incomes, and the amount of time that the child spends with each parent,” the attorney said.

“All income, including money/wages, tips, commissions, bonuses, unemployment benefits, interest income, dividend income, rental income, insurance payouts – all of it is fair game for calculating child support.”

What happened between Khloe and Tristan?

Khloe and Tristan were first linked in 2016 after attending a party in Miami together.

In 2018, they welcomed their first child, True.

Tristan was then caught cheating on Khloe multiple times during her pregnancy.

They split after it was revealed that he kissed Kylie Jenner’s best friend Jordyn Woods at a party.

The pair reconciled in 2020 and ended things in 2021.

Six months after they ended, it came to light that Tristan fathered a child with Maralee Nichols while he and Khloe were together.

Just months later in July 2022, Khloe revealed that the pair were expecting their second child, son Tatum, via surrogate.

The pair are currently co-parenting and claim there is no romantic connection between them.

Tristan initially refused to pay Maralee until he had seen the results of a paternity test and released a statement after it was proved he was the father, in which he apologized to Khloe.

The Kardashians star was back in a relationship with Tristan and had already used a surrogate to have another baby with him.

He wrote in January 2023, “Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.

“I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately.

“Khloe, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I’ve treated you over the years.”

He added, “My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again I am so incredibly sorry.”

He was recently slammed by fans for “forgetting” about his son as he celebrated Tatum’s second birthday with Khloe and posted a tribute on his Instagram.

Tristan captioned his post, “Happy birthday Tatum!! Man time goes by so fast! I can’t believe you’re already two years old!

“I am so blessed and honored to be your dad. Your energy and charisma lights up the room.

“Watching you grow every day makes my heart happy. Continue being the angel you are son. Daddy loves you so much,” he concluded.

Fans in the comment section were determined not to let Tristan forget about his fourth child Theo.

One wrote, “You have another little boy out there that would probably love to have his dad not deny him.”

Another echoed, “Don’t forget about your other kid man…!”
