Valerie Ann Fiala

July 9, 1950 – June 8, 2024 - Valerie Ann Fiala, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend was born July 9, 1950 in Oregon City, Ore. to Francis and Viola Imholt. She passed away June 8, 2024 after a brief illness.

She graduated from Estacada high school. After high school her life took her to California, Nevada, Idaho, Washington and back to the Willamette Valley.

She had 3 children, Lisa, Laura and Jason. Also 8 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. As the children were finishing school, she went back to school and became a registered respiratory therapist.

In her spare time, she traveled and cruised to the Oregon coast, 5 South American countries including the Panama Canal, Alaska, Hawaii but most memorable was the 14 days in Israel.

While at home, she loved to quilt and work in her flower beds. She resided on the family farm with her husband Wes until her passing.

As a long time member of Willamette Christian Church, a memorial service will be held there at 2pm on June 27, 2024. Instead of flowers, contributions can be made to the church at 31535 Brandywine Dr., West Linn, OR 97068.
