Have You Experienced the Authentic Korean Cuisine at Khao Moo Dang?

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Khao Moo Dang, a bustling little gem tucked away in Portland. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the warm, inviting atmosphere and the friendly staff. Their menu, though seemingly extensive, is a delightful array of variations on their specialties - pork, noodles, rice, greens, and dumplings.

I was moved to tears by the sheer deliciousness of their noodles. The soup noodles, in particular, were a standout, even surpassing the mixed noodles in terms of flavor. The crispy pork belly was another highlight, perfectly crispy and fragrant, especially when paired with their dipping sauce.

The authenticity of their Korean cuisine was palpable, even to someone like me who isn't an expert in Korean food. The dumplings and dumpling soup were a hit, and the house curry noodle was so good that I'm already planning my next visit.

Khao Moo Dang is a must-visit when in Portland. It's a casual, super friendly place where you order at the counter and bus yourself, but the food is anything but casual. It's a place that's definitely worth checking out, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their dishes!
