Hey foodies, I recently visited 1st Street Pocha and I must say, it's a must-try! The place might be a bit snug, but the food is absolutely worth it. The tteokbokki was yummy, not the best I've had, but still enjoyable. The Korean hot dogs were a delight, with gooey, melty cheese that was just perfect. But the real star of the show was the fried chicken. I've tried Korean wings at a few places, and these were by far the best. The perfect crunch, coated in a mouthwatering sweet and spicy sauce, and filled with juicy, flavorful chicken meat.
The service was prompt and the staff was friendly. I also tried an assortment of items and everything was beyond amazing. The rice cakes had the perfect amount of heat and flavor. I also recommend the Mango Taiwanese beer and spicy house noodles! I can't wait to go back and bring more friends here. Just a heads up, it can get busy on weekends and they don't take reservations. Also, I wasn't a fan of the cheese corn, found it a bit overpriced and not as tasty. But don't let that stop you from trying everything else on the menu. Trust me, you won't regret it!
