My recent visit to Crux Fermentation Project was nothing short of amazing. This place is not just a restaurant, it's an experience. Nestled in an old transmission shop turned brewery and pub, it's a haven for beer lovers. The selection of beers is vast, from IPAs, imperials, hazys, radlers, lagers to pilsners, there's something for everyone. The staff are knowledgeable and can guide you through their extensive beer portfolio.

The food is equally impressive. We shared a variety of dishes among us, the standout being the Philly cheese steak. Although the pretzel was a tad overcooked and the taco dip could have been warmer, it didn't dampen our spirits. The outdoor area is massive, offering a stunning view of snow-capped mountains, making it a perfect spot for a leisurely lunch.

And if you're a taco lover like me, don't miss out on the El Sancho Taco Shack. Their tacos are ridiculously good. The place was buzzing with people and their pets, creating a lively and fun atmosphere. The cleanliness, especially the bathrooms, deserves a special mention. So, if you're looking for a great beer experience with good food, Crux Fermentation Project is the place to be. Can't wait to go back!
