On a recent visit to Koriander, a Korean restaurant near OSU, I was pleasantly surprised by the bustling atmosphere and the warm welcome despite the crowd. The place, popular among students, offers a delightful array of dishes that cater to various tastes. I had the pleasure of trying the braised beef ribs, which were absolutely delicious, and the hamachi collar, generously portioned and perfectly cooked. The dinner bento with salmon teriyaki, California rolls, and nigiri was also a hit, showcasing their ability to blend traditional and modern flavors seamlessly.
The staff at Koriander deserves a special mention for their exceptional service. Even during a busy Valentine's Day dinner rush, they ensured that every guest felt noticed and cared for, maintaining a high level of service without missing a beat. The cleanliness of the place also added to the overall pleasant dining experience.
Koriander is not just a restaurant; it's a testament to quality food and excellent service. Whether it's your first visit or you're a returning patron, the experience is consistently satisfying. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try some more of their exquisite dishes!
