Recently, I visited Burrito Boy, a chain restaurant known for its generous portions. The experience was a mixed bag, to say the least. On one hand, the Chili Verde Taco was a delightful surprise. Packed with slow-cooked pork and a tangy tomatillo green chili, it was both satisfying and flavorful. The staff was also commendable for their friendly and efficient service, enhancing the dining experience.
However, not all was well at Burrito Boy. There were alarming incidents involving foreign objects found in the food. One visitor encountered a large piece of plastic in their burrito, which posed a serious health risk. Another unfortunate guest bit into a rock hidden inside a bean and cheese burrito, resulting in a broken tooth and a need for dental repair. These incidents, coupled with a lackluster response from the staff, were concerning.
Despite these issues, the restaurant continues to be a popular spot, especially for those craving substantial burritos and authentic Mexican sodas. If you're planning to visit, the food can be hit or miss, so dine with caution!
