If you're looking to step away from the usual Thai offerings and dive into something uniquely delightful, Khao Moo Dang should be your next stop. I was blown away by their noodle soups, which are a far cry from the norm. The pork bone-broth and the vegetarian house broth are packed with flavor, brimming with ingredients like pork, dumplings, and greens in the meat version, and tofu, greens, and egg in the vegetarian. Each spoonful was a revelation of taste and comfort, perfect for those chilly days when you need a warm embrace in the form of food.
