Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Dolly Olive, a charming spot nestled in the heart of downtown Portland, where the old Bistro Agnes used to be. The ambiance is uniquely intimate, perfect for a cozy brunch or a special dinner. During my visit, the highlights included the Buccatini, Cauliflower, Butternut Squash, and Polenta. The Sicilian Eggplant Parmigiana and Grilled Prawns were simply divine, especially when paired with their delicious sauces perfect for dipping your Focaccia.

The drink selection didn't disappoint either, with a standout being the 'A Damn Good Espresso Martini.' For brunch lovers, the zeppole (little donuts) sprinkled with festive colors are a must-try, light and perfectly sweet. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall delightful experience. Whether it's for a working brunch or a celebratory dinner, Dolly Olive offers a memorable dining experience with a menu that's both inviting and satisfying.
