The Big Ten is far from 10 teams heading into the 2024 college football season.

With the additions of Oregon, UCLA, USC and Washington — the conference now features a whopping 18 programs.

ESPN recently updated its website to include the all of the new programs heading into the 2024 Big Ten season. In response to this move, ESPN reporter Matt Schick gave the conference a new nickname.

Schick referred to the Big Ten as a "CVS receipt."

"ESPN has updated its website to now include the conference additions. The Big Ten is now a CVS receipt," Schick wrote on X.

The 2024 season will be the Big Ten’s first under its new 18-team, no-division format. Each member institution will play nine intraconference games per season. Teams will play every other conference opponent at least twice (home and away) over a five-year period.

The 2024 Big Ten college football schedule will kickoff with a matchup between Maryland and Michigan State on Sept. 7.
