An office cleaner tragically fell three stories to her death while clowning around with pals in India on Tuesday — with the freak fatal mishap caught in a shocking surveillance video.

Gudiya Devi was taking a break at the Globe Estate building in Dombivli East when she sat down on the edge of a third-floor indoor balcony while chatting with friends, dramatic footage posted Wednesday on X by India Today editor Vani Mehrotta shows.

A man is seen walking up and throwing his arm around Devi, who tumbles backward and over the ledge, falling to her death while the man — identified in news reports only as Bunty — barely hangs on for dear life, the video shows.

Bunty and another friend then scramble down the stairs while another looks down over the edge.

The deadly mishap happened in Dombivli, which is about 18 miles from Mumbai.

Manapada Police are investigating the incident but no charges have been filed.

Devi was a married mother who lived with her family near the scene of her death.
