An epic Massachuset t s mansion splashed onto the market two years ago for $23 million, with amenities that ranged from a two-story arcade to a waterpark. The sprawling estate is just one of a few private, resort-like homes with an almost endless number of outrageous amenities specifically designed to entertain large groups of family and friends. Another of those homes is a vacation rental in Florida that’s now taking bookings at just over $4,000 a night for stays in a massive residence that includes a laser tag arena, a bowling alley, and a gaming room among its most exhilarating amenities.

The mansion sits within the Reunion Resort, a gated residential enclave and high-end vacation hotspot in Orlando that is just a six-minute drive from Disney World. Luxury rental provider Top Villas is overseeing stays at the 16,000-square-foot mansion, which has been dubbed Reunion Resort 7600 and has an astonishing 12 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms that, according to marketing material, will accommodate up to 46 guests.

The vast great room is like a hotel lobby with multiple seating and dining areas.

The luxurious and comfortably appointed interiors make up for the two-story transitional contemporary mansion’s rather dull facade, giving guests an immediate view of the swimming pool from its entrance. Further in, soaring ceilings with backlit details span the home, starting in the great room, which features a huge kitchen, a couple of dining spaces, and several lounging areas. The living room area has a fireplace as its focal point, while the kitchen and dining areas flaunt chunky exposed wood beams on the ceiling.

Four bedrooms are found on the lower level, while another eight are made accessible—via stairs or elevator—on the top floor. Each is curated to “appeal to both children and adults,” according to the listing. Adult king- and queen-sized bedrooms combine modernity with coastal charm, while one of the kids’s bedrooms features a unique space cabin shuttle-themed bunk beds that’s all set to land at “Morlando moon camp.”

An elaborate rocket ship display serves as the centerpiece of a sprawling entertainment complex.

Besides the large number of bedrooms and bathrooms here, it’s the entertainment hub that really sets it apart from the average rental house in Orlando. The sprawling complex includes a massive rocket ship display, along with a mission control room, a country-themed bar, a two-lane bowling alley, an arcade, and a home theater. Those more interested in wellness and relaxation will gravitate toward the indoor gym, which features the latest training equipment and a four-person sauna.

Extraordinary amenities span oasis-like outside areas of the residence, too. A lagoon-style pool with two hot tubs, a waterfall, slide, and grotto is among the top offerings, which also include a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, a bocce ball court, and a putting green.

Off-site perks part of the Reunion Resort community and accessible to guests include access to two clubhouses, a waterpark, a tennis complex, and three signature golf courses. Some of the offerings will require a Reunion Resort membership. Visit Top Villas for more details.
