Keith Todd retiring from KYTC
Keith Todd, a familiar face and voice to many in western Kentucky is hanging up his high-visibility vest this week. Todd has been the Public Information Officer for District 1 of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for 20 years. He has kept everyone informed on everything from pothole repair projects, major interstate accidents and the opening of several new bridges in the area.

Toyota Invests $4 Million in U.S. Training Initiatives
Toyota yesterday announced three workforce readiness initiatives at its Kentucky plant to develop future talent and further train employees. The first program, in collaboration with Scott County Schools, involves an investment of up to $1 million to launch and sustain the 4T Academy, a hands-on training program that gives high school juniors and seniors a pathway to a manufacturing career.
