A public drawing was held July 16 by the Secretary of the State Election Board, Paul Ziriax, to determine the ballot order for political parties and Independent candidates for the Nov. 5 General Election ballot. DALLAS – Oklahoma safety Billy Bowman Jr. has become a leader for the Oklahoma program. Last season, Bowman Jr. made many big plays for the Sooners. To his six interceptions, the three of them he returned for touchdowns, and his ability to keep Texas receiver Xavier Worthy out of the endzone to secure the Sooner's spectacular goal-line stop.
