Saints, WR Shahid Rasheed agree to 1-year extension
New Orleans Saints wide receiver and All-Pro returner Rashid Shaheed has agreed to a one-year, $5.2 million contract extension with the team, ESPN reported Saturday. Shaheed, 25, was also named to the Pro Bowl last season after averaging 13.6 yards on punt returns and 21.3 yards on kickoffs. An undrafted free agent whom New Orleans signed out of Weber State in 2022, Shaheed also racked up 719 yards and five touchdowns on 46 receptions in 2023.
