Family confirms missing man has been found dead in the Red River
FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - Early Friday morning, a family member of Arthur Wiebe confirmed that his body had been pulled from the Red River. On Wednesday, the Moorhead Police Department pushed out that they needed the public’s help in finding Arthur.
