“Flat Clementine” Adventures

There’s still plenty of time for summertime adventures. Stop by Orrville Public Libray’s Children’s Department to get a Clementine template to color and take with you wherever you go. Use #FlatClementine to share pictures and stories about your “Flat Clementine” adventures.

Ice Cream Social

The final summer event for Orrville Public Library’s Children’s Department is an ice cream social noon-2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2. The whole family is invited to enjoy free ice cream and toppings. No registration is needed.

Story Time at the Story Walk

Come to Orrville Public Library’s Story Time at the Story Walk at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 9. The group will explore plants and creatures that inhabit a flower garden. Discover secret places in nature and imagine you can hide there, too. August’s featured book is “My Busy Green Garden” by Terry Pierce. The Storybook Trail is located east of the dog park with parking available off Ella Street.

The free program is designed for ages 3-6, but parents, caregivers and siblings are invited to participate. Registration beings Monday. Register by clicking on the event on the website calendar, www.orrville.lib.oh.us , or by contacting the Children’s Department at 330-683-1065.
