Susquehanna Solar, a South Carolina company, wants to build a 46-acre solar farm on agricultural land in Lehman Township, Luzerne County. Sunbury, Pa. — The children of Alexis Marie Anstey, 27, and David Joseph Heller, 34, of Sunbury, told police they had been locked inside their room for 10 hours and hit with various items, including a belt.
