What’s the weather for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh? Here's the forecast.

OSHKOSH – Skies will be mostly clear for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh July 22-28.

The National Weather Service’s latest seven-day forecast Monday morning showed mostly sunny skies for most of the week with highs around 80 most days.

The only chance for rain and thunderstorms was on Tuesday.

• Monday: Sunny with a high near 80 with light and variable wind. Widespread haze was expected between 9 and 11 a.m. Monday night was to be mostly clear with a low around 66.
• Tuesday: Showers and thunderstorms are likely, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 4 p.m. Widespread haze after 10 a.m. High near 78. Southwest wind 5 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible. Tuesday night brings the chance for showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 7 p.m., then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 7 p.m. and 1 a.m. Low around 64. West southwest wind around 7 mph becoming north northwest after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
• Wednesday: Partly sunny with a high near 73. A north wind will be around 9 mph. Wednesday night should be mostly clear with a low around 60.
• Thursday: Sunny with a high near 76. Thursday night will be clear with a low around 60.
• Friday: Sunny with a high near 79. Friday night will be mostly clear with a low around 62.
• Saturday: Sunny with a high near 82. Saturday night will be partly cloudy with a low around 67.
• Sunday: Sunny with a high near 84.

The 71st EAA AirVenture Oshkosh runs July 22-28 at Wittman Regional Airport, 525 W. 20th Ave., Oshkosh.

Tickets can be purchased for the entire week or daily, while there are optional add-ons such as parking, camping and flight experiences.

Daily tickets are $45 for adult members and $63 for adult non-members. Veterans and active military members pay $45 while kids 18 years and younger are admitted free.
