Street Closure: 6th And Harney
As part of the City of Laramie sanitary sewer project, Simon Contractors is required to close Harney Street at 6th Street. The closure is expected to begin on Wednesday 7/17 and extend to Wednesday 7/31. The work will include the removal and replacement of the roadway surfacing associated with the sanitary sewer project.
Casper Pipe Project aims to find existing lead water pipes
CASPER, Wyo. — City of Casper officials announced a Casper Pipe Project mailer was sent to all Casper residents and businesses on Friday, according to a press release. Casper is working to find any existing lead water pipes located on residents’ properties and inform the residents how to alleviate the danger from them. The Environmental Protection Agency has also requested all municipal water systems across the country complete an inventory.
