"Pete, the Kung Fu Instructor, has so many years of experience with this martial art and is very knowledgeable. He demonstrated many self defense moves with me and I got to watch some of the class that day. He mentioned that his crew competes in competitions. The YMCA will be offering a self defense class in the Fall and also young kids Kung Fu classes. Kung Fu is a great form to teach discipline, hard work and patience."
