Construction projects on I-25 are now affecting people who are out recreating on the North Platte River in Casper. WYDot and the Wyoming Game and Fish Department have issued a warning to the public to be careful and avoid the I-25 bridge area. Crews have begun demolishing the southbound bridge to prepare for construction of a new bridge over the next few months.
