GRAND FORKS, N.D. (Valley News Live) - An hours-long standoff involving Grand Forks Police, the SWAT team and the FBI at an apartment complex in Grand Forks has ended. Grand Forks Police say just after 4:30 p.m. on Monday, July 22, they and the FBI were in the 1900 block of 12th Avenue North looking for 32-year-old Collin Posey who had two federal warrants and five Grand Forks County warrants. That’s when they saw Posey jump through an open window of a nearby apartment.
