OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego City-County Youth Bureau is accepting funding requests to support programs that focus on team sports and physical fitness activities for youth. “These funds are provided by the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau and the New York State Office of Children and Family Services,” said Oswego County Youth Bureau Executive Director Brian Chetney. “This is an opportunity for adults and older youth to take on a mentoring role, teaching life skills to our young people. Stalker Arrested in Oswego County
OSWEGO COUNTY – On June 21st, 2024, at around 1:10 AM members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Village of Hannibal for a reported trespass complaint. The victim woke up to a stranger, identified as Joseph Michaud, in their home. Michaud left when told to leave, and claimed he was trying to meet a girl he met online. Michaud was not on scene when Law Enforcement arrived. At around 4:25 AM, another 911 call was placed to the same location in the Village of Hannibal because Michaud had returned. Michaud was located shortly after and arrested for Criminal Trespass in the second degree. Michaud was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court and released on his own recognizance.
