Cortland Stays Strong in SUNYAC Play with 7-2 Win vs. Oswego

CORTLAND, N.Y. – Cortland improved to 4-1 in SUNYAC play and strengthened its positioning for a league playoff berth next spring with a 7-2 victory over visiting Oswego. The Red Dragons (5-3, 4-1 SUNYAC) have one scheduled match remaining this fall – a non-league home match versus Houghton on Tuesday. Cortland's final two SUNYAC matches will be held early next April versus Oneonta and Geneseo, as will the SUNYAC tournament April 29-30. The top four teams in the eight-team conference earn spots in the league playoffs. Read more
