Otsego County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Joseph Clary of Oneonta for Sex Offender Failure to Notify Change of Address. Clary was charged following an investigation in to a registered sex offender failing to abide by the State Sex Offender Registry, he had relocated from his residence in the Town of Oneonta in March of 2024 and did not make the proper notifications to authorities, he was processed and was remanded to the Otsego County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
