Meeting Brief: July 23, 2024 City of Kalamazoo Natural Features Protection Review Board
The Board approved the NFP site plan for the Southwest Michigan Land Conservancy Project for the Bow in the Clouds preserve with a request of widening a portion of the trail to allow maintenance access requiring the removal of 3 to 12 trees. The Board also approved a project located on 3625 West Michigan Ave to add multi-family housing, granting approval of the new NFP site plan and a Variance for woodland removal with the project.
