Erbert & Gerbert’s opens at Coborn’s in Otsego

OTSEGO — An Erbert & Gerbert’s Sandwich Shop is now open at the Otsego location of Coborn’s Grocery Store at 15700 88th St. NE.

The sandwich and soup franchise restaurant offers guests convenient, fresh food options and features dine-in, pick-up and drive-thru services.

The Otsego location is one of the first to be designed with Erbert & Gerbert’s new look and layout, which is clean, modern, and bright, but, most importantly, features a convenient drive-thru.

Guests also have the convenience of placing an order using the Erbert & Gerbert’s app, Erbert & Gerbert’s website, or stopping by in person.

“This new location represents the future of the Erbert & Gerbert’s brand focusing on out-of-this-world sandwiches, soups, and service,” said Jacob Kersting, Erbert & Gerbert’s Director of Marketing.

The menu features cold and hot sandwiches, soups, and kid’s meals, along with sides, drinks, and desserts. Erbert & Gerbert’s bread is baked daily, coupled with freshly cut vegetables and deli meats.

This new Erbert & Gerbert’s is part of a larger remodel project at the Coborn’s Otsego location. Both the liquor and grocery stores have been expanded to accommodate more products.

In addition, Ace Hardware and Pet Supplies Plus are scheduled to open soon on the campus.

A grand opening celebration at Coburn’s this week will include live music by Tim Fast Thursday, June 20 and root beer floats on Friday, June 21. Next week, Thursday, June 27 is Kids Day with ice cream and activities for children of all ages to enjoy. Exclusive offers and food samples will be available each day throughout the store.
