Survey calls for public opinion on park designs
CATAWBA ISLAND, Ohio — The public has an opportunity to provide input into the design of two new Ottawa County parks. The two parks, West Harbor Preserve and Islander Woods and Trailhead, cover a combined 19 acres in Catawba Island Township. The Park District of Ottawa County’s survey seeks to gather information about what kinds of activities and natural features park-goers prefer, including trail and water access, bird watching, conservation, and picnic areas.
