Arkansas grocery store shooting suspect pleads not guilty to capital murder charges, prosecutor says
A man accused of killing four people and injuring nine others during a shooting at an Arkansas grocery store has entered a not guilty plea to capital murder and other charges, a prosecutor said Tuesday.

FORDYCE, Ark. – The man suspected in the deadly shooting at a Fordyce grocery store Friday pleaded not guilty in his first court appearance Tuesday. Travis Eugene Posey entered pleas of not guilty in Ouachita County to four counts of capital murder and ten charges of attempted capital murder tied to the shooting at the Mad Butcher grocery store.
Fireworks may be legal but they are not safe
While the use of fireworks is prohibited within the city limits of Camden, Ouachita County at large has no such ordinance. The National Safety Council advises everyone to enjoy fireworks at public displays conducted by professionals, and not to use any fireworks at home. They may be legal but they are not safe.
