Tucked away in southwest Colorado, Purgatory Resort has officially launched their lift ticket sales for the 2024-25 slopesport season, and some days are currently priced at less than $10.

The purchasing platform opened sales at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, utilizing a demand-based pricing model. In other words, while days that have a higher 'demand' will have more expensive lift ticket prices, lower demand days are priced to be remarkably affordable. According to the resort, purchasing ahead of time and early is key to taking advantage of these low prices.

It's also worth noting that Purgatory has several upgrades coming this season, including enhancements to the Hermosa Park Express Lift 3. This lift helps with transporting guests from the backside of the mountain to the frontside. According to the resort, they're also continuing to offer the 'Power Kids' pass, which allows those 12 and under to access free skiing without any blackout dates. Additional improvements are also coming to some of the spot's popular tree runs, as well as the retail scene.

Purgatory Resort is located about 25 miles north of Durango, with more than 1,500 skiable acres.
