    School districts collect supplies during 'Stuff the Bus' event

    With a new school year just a couple of weeks away, families are our shopping for the long list of items children need for the first day of class.

    But while the lists have gotten longer, the price of school supplies hasn’t gotten any cheaper, and trying to afford supplies puts some families in a bind.
