Juvenile charged in shooting

A Daviess County juvenile has been charged with attempted murder and other felony charges by Indiana officials, in connection with a shooting that occurred early Sunday.

The shooting occurred Saturday night on the Indiana side of the river, along River Road near the Glover Cary Bridge, a Spencer County Sheriff’s Office press release says. The shooting happened after an “altercation,” the release says
