Ohio death row inmate found too incompetent to be executed
Thursday, a hearing was held before Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas Judge Sean O'Brien regarding the murder conviction and death sentence of Sean Carter. During that hearing, evidence was submitted that three doctors who evaluated Carter found that his mental condition deteriorated while in custody, according to a news release from the Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office.

Fairfield Man Charged with Voyeurism After Allegedly Photographing Women at Kohl's and Target Stores
A 36-year-old man, identified as Alex Heher, has been arrested in Fairfield on charges of voyeurism after incidents at local department stores. Reporting from FOX19, Sgt. Brandon McCroskey of the Fairfield Township police confirmed that Heher was apprehended following an incident where he allegedly took photos of a woman in the changing room at a Kohl's store. She was able to see that he had a phone. She yelled out that he had a phone to alert people and ask for help. McCroskey shared about the victim's quick reaction.
