Howell Man Charged with Armed Robbery of Brighton Hotel, Faces Possible Life Sentence
Last Monday, an alleged armed robbery at the Hampton Inn Suites in Brighton triggered an urgent response from the local police. At around 1:20 a.m., Brighton police were informed of the robbery by a hotel employee, as mentioned in a report by WWJ Newsradio. The suspect, identified as Joshua Lee Bargovan, is accused of entering and briefly visiting the hotel's bathroom, then exiting just to return armed and with his identity concealed by a mask, according to authorities.
