Pete Davidson is still being treated in a mental health facility despite a report claiming he checked himself out after a two-week stay.
“Pete remains in his treatment program and would appreciate privacy at this time while he focuses on bettering his mental health,” a person close to the “Saturday Night Live” alum told Page Six Wednesday night.
The information comes after the US Sun reported Wednesday that Davidson, 30, left the unnamed program “the other day.”

The pair were first linked in September 2023 and were reported to have gone their separate ways in July.
The “King of Staten Island” star has been open about his mental struggles throughout his stardom and last spent time in a facility in June 2023 to help manage his PTSD and borderline personality disorder.

“Pete regularly goes to rehab for ‘tune ups’ and to take a mental break, so that’s what’s happening,” a person close to the comedian told Page Six at the time.
“Anyone who knows Pete knows that he will always step up and get help when he knows he needs it,” another added.
He also candidly revealed in 2018 that he had been “in and out of mental health facilities” since he was nine years old.

Davidson has been open about his substance abuse issues as well. Earlier this summer, he admitted he still smokes weed after cutting out other drugs.
“I can’t quit [weed] yet. It’s all I have left,” he told his audience during a “Pete Davidson: Rehab Tour” show in New Jersey.
“I did coke and ketamine and f–king all the pills and all that s–t. All I have is weed left, so it’s almost over, but I’m holding on for a little bit longer.”
