‘Love Island USA’ reunion: Nicole Jacky calls out Kendall Washington for lying about sending leaked video on dating app

“Love Island USA” star Nicole Jacky called out Kendall Washington for lying about sending the leaked explicit video of himself to someone on a dating app.

The couple got into a tense discussion when host Ariana Madix asked how they were doing during the Season 6 reunion , which aired on Peacock Monday.

“It’s been a bit tough coming on the outside, but just trying to communicate and work things [out],” Washington said as the brunette bombshell interrupted, “Communicate? You’ve not been communicating and you never have been.”

“You’ve lied to my face,” Jacky, 26, added.

Madix leaned into the tension, asking, “What was the lie?”

Washington, 28, appeared visibly overwhelmed as he struggled to explain how he discovered the private video of himself had been leaked following the reality show’s season finale in July.

After getting his phone back, Washington addressed the leak on Instagram and claimed the video had been shared by someone he trusted in his past.

Despite his previous comments, Washington admitted to lying about when the video was taken, telling Madix at the reunion, “I should’ve told Nicole the full truth [about] when it happened and I didn’t.”

Jacky cut off her partner, explaining that she learned from fellow Islander JaNa Craig that the video was taken in a hotel room and sent by Washington to someone he met on a dating app days before his debut on the show.

“So I just want to say something because obviously the video is not OK,” she said. “Nobody deserves that. Everybody in this room can agree that it’s f–ked up.

“However, I think if you say you love somebody … you need to be honest. Instead of saying [the video] is from years ago,” Jacky continued.

Kendall admitted he wasn’t ready to be honest with Jacky after he learned his “life was turned upside down” when he turned his phone back on.

“All I wanted to do was just have you there,” he shared, admitting he didn’t know how to handle the situation.

After learning about the video, Jacky argued Washington pushed her away and only checked on her when it was convenient for him.

Meanwhile, Washington claimed he’s attempted to contact Jacky multiple times but has been ignored.

Despite the tension, Jacky confirmed they were still together.

The couple, who came in fourth place in the dating series, had noticeably kept their distance while filming the reunion at Chelsea Studios in New York City on Aug. 14.
