Page Six confirmed that Lopez, 55, made the long-anticipated split official on Tuesday, which also happened to be the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding .

A financial information sheet submitted as part of the divorce petition, and obtained by Page Six Wednesday, suggests Bennifer 2.0 didn’t have a prenuptial agreement in place, which means they will have to split any income or community property acquired during the union.
She also opted to waive spousal support and asked the judge to deny Affleck such support as well, TMZ reported.
Lopez and Affleck, 52, share no children together, so custody will be a non-issue in the divorce. The Oscar winner does, however, share three kids with ex-wife Jennifer Garner while the “Selena” star has twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
A source told us exclusively that the five children , who were blended during Lopez and Affleck’s marriage, have accepted the divorce.

“His kids are taking it fine as are hers,” an insider said. “Everybody is ready to move on.”
A separate source told us at the time that Affleck would “divorce on grounds of temporary insanity” if he could because he finally came “to his senses” following what felt like a “fever dream” of a relationship with Lopez, to whom he was engaged once before before ending it in 2004.
