Christine Quinn’s estranged husband, Christian Richard, wants her to pay for $10K water bill, Hermès bags amid divorce

Christine Quinn’s estranged husband, Christian Richard, filed to have a court amend the temporary restraining order against him so he could deal with alleged water damage at his property.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six Wednesday, the former Cisco software engineer, whose legal name is Christian Dumontet, wants the court to remove the order granting the “Selling Sunset” alum exclusive access to their marital home in Hollywood Hills, Calif., because he received “a utility bill in excess of $10,000.”

Per the docs filed Tuesday, Richard claims he has been facing “daily criminal fines from the Los Angeles Vector Control since July 18, 2024, for the abandonment and lack of upkeep to the property.”

The dad of one alleges he has been hit with “thousands of dollars” in fines and hasn’t been able to rectify the problem because he is not allowed near the property due to Quinn’s restraining order.

Richard, who shares 3-year-old son Christian Jr. with Quinn, claims his legal team attempted to contact the real estate agent’s representation to settle the matter but they “received no further communication.”

“Mr. Dumontet owns the property alone, as separate property, there is no marital interest in the property, and no funds were co-mingled during the duration of the marriage to have converted the property to community property,” the doc reads.

“It is clear that Ms. Quinn is not maintaining the property as the marital home, nor the familial home for the child. Ms. Quinn does not reside at the property nor has she maintained it since at least July of this year.”

Additionally, Richard also asked to be reimbursed for “$29,000 in rental value per month for the home” and the pricey Hermés bags he purchased for Quinn during their four-year marriage.

“Mr. Dumontet also seeks CP reimbursement for the various Hermes bags that were purchased with his separate property ‘as investment items’ at the behest of your client,” an email from Richard’s attorney, Alexandra Kazarian, reads.

In the filing, Richard also included images of their mailbox, which is filled to the brim with late payment notices and tickets from the Los Angeles Vector Control for failure to provide access to inspect for mosquito breeding.

Quinn’s legal team denies Richard’s claims about the alleged water damage in the home in an email provided in the documents.

“There is no water damage or emergency at the house. We believe this is just an unpaid LADWP bill that hasn’t been paid for months,” Jacqueline Sparagna wrote to Kazarian.

The attorney noted that the water issue has been occurring since September 2023, “when a pipe burst flooded the basement.”

Richard and the former reality star’s marriage unraveled in March when he was arrested at their home for domestic violence for allegedly hitting their son with a glass bottle .

Just 33 hours after the tech guru’s initial arrest, he was detained by cops for a second time after being released from custody for returning to his shared family home — despite Quinn having a restraining order in place.

Richard denied throwing anything at his estranged wife and son, and insisted that the pair got into an argument about her untrained dogs and he threw a full trash bag “to the side of the room, against the wall.”

In April, Richard filed for divorce , citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. He is also seeking sole legal and physical custody of their son.

Richard and the former Netflix personality tied the knot in 2019 and welcomed their son in May 2021 via an emergency C-section.
