The “Vogue” singer marked her 66th birthday with some super glam Instagram shots over the past week, posing in an array of lingerie-inspired looks as she soaked up the dolce vita lifestyle in Portofino, Italy.
Madonna — who celebrated her milestone on August 16 — shared a sultry Dolce & Gabbana photo shoot to mark her big day, writing, “Back in Italy………… 🇮🇹 Happy Birthday to ME 🦁✨🎂🥂🇮🇹♥️.”

In the pics, she rocked a blush-colored corset with ribbons laced up the back, pairing the Dolce & Gabbana lingerie with matching garter belts and sheer gloves.
The pop star gave off serious “Like a Virgin” energy in the shoot, piling on pearl necklaces just like she did in the ’80s and adding enormous pearl drop earrings.
She switched to “Like a Prayer” mode in a very goth black lace dress, cross pendant and fishnet tights, joining twin daughters Estere and Stella — who will turn 12 over the weekend — to pose in matching black looks.
Rumored boyfriend Akeem Morris , 28, even got in on the fun, appearing in multiple shots both shirtless in pinstripe pants and with a brown silk shirt.

Madonna also modeled a similar black lace style in a separate Instagram post on Monday, kneeling in a prayer pose inside what appears to be an Italian church.
As for her Dolce shoot, the “Crazy For You” songstress made several other outfit swaps, including a feather-trimmed red gown and a sheer white dress featuring a lace-trimmed skirt and bell sleeves.
Of course, Madge added some extra sensuality by wearing the long-sleeved style unbuttoned to reveal her black lace bra, wearing an enormous gold necklace covered in dangling coins that attached to a waist-cinching belt.

She also shared some snapshots from son Rocco Ritchie’s birthday celebrations in Italy, wearing a colorful floral dress and stacks of bright Mark Davis bangles totaling $18,250 as she posed in front of a massive cake with her 24-year-old son, who is also an August baby.
The “La Isla Bonita” singer posed in a rare shot with all six of her children in the post, smiling alongside Rocco, Stella, Estere and their siblings Lourdes Leon, 27, David Banda, 18 and Mercy James, 18.
