Artem Chigvintsev allegedly placed a 911 call himself to report a domestic violence incident at his home, but then reportedly called back moments later to tell first responders not to come.

The “Dancing With the Stars” alum — whom Page Six confirmed will not be returning for Season 33 — called the Emergency Medical Services Agency in Napa, Calif., at around 8:30 a.m. local time, per TMZ .

Chigvintsev was reportedly freaked out by the injuries his alleged victim sustained. The name of that individual has not yet been released.

When Chigvintsev — who is married to ex-WWE star Nikki “Bella” Garcia — got cold feet and tried to shoo away first responders, paramedics and firefighters actually went back to their stations, TMZ said.

Page Six has reached out to a spokesperson for Napa’s EMS but did not immediately hear back.

However, a public information officer for the Napa County’s Sheriff’s Office tells Page Six that police did arrive on the scene after they received a domestic violence call shortly before 10 a.m.

“For domestic violence, if someone picks up the phone and says, ‘You don’t have to come after all,’ we’re still going to go for a welfare check. We’re not just going to stop what we’re doing,” Henry Wofford tells us.

“We were dispatched to go there and our deputies went directly there.”

Chigvintsev, 42, and his alleged victim were both at the residence when authorities arrived, per the officer.

After an investigation, police named the pro dancer as a suspect and arrested him for a felony domestic violence charge, which we’re told is done when there is an “apparent injury or a credible eyewitness.”

Wofford adds, “While we were there, the victim did not receive any medical assistance. I can’t say the victim didn’t need any medical assistance — that’s something that the victim would have to share.”

He further clarifies, “I wouldn’t say that they said it wasn’t necessary [to receive medical help], it may be the order that they wanted to go in.”

Chigvintsev was booked at Napa County jail around 10:40 a.m. and then posted his $25,000 bail around 2:15 p.m., allowing him to be released from police custody .

Chigvintsev has not released a statement about the incident or returned Page Six’s requests for comment.

Garcia — who shares a 4-year-old son, Matteo, with her husband — has also not commented on the matter or confirmed whether she is the victim, though she shared via Instagram Wednesday that she was in Napa Valley, where they reside.

Police tell us that the person who was assaulted asked for privacy and, therefore, authorities are not releasing their name because they are “respecting that person’s personal request” and “following the law.”

That is Ridiculous when a 911 call is placed they are obligated to speak with everyone in the residence to ensure no one is injured.
