Since 2022 she’s been under house arrest while waiting to find out if she’d be allowed to stay in the US after completing her sentence. But as Page Six recently reported, the terms of her house arrest were recently relaxed, allowing her to work and to travel freely within 70 miles of her home.

It’s going to be a busy time for the ex-con. As we’ve previously reported, she launched a fashion PR agency , the OutLaw Agency, with veteran fashion flack Kelly Cutrone and is also gearing up for her first Fashion Week as a (kinda) free woman.

It’s not her first brush with TV stardom. The Netflix show “Inventing Anna” was based on her life. She’s also been working on a reality show of her own, “Delvey’s Dinner Club.”

A rep for “DWTS” said it doesn’t comment on casting “rumors.”
