Audio from the 911 call placed by Rich Homie Quan’s girlfriend reveals new chilling details about the rapper’s tragic death.

TMZ obtained a copy of the emergency call on Thursday, just hours after the Atlanta-based rapper’s girlfriend Amber Williams found him unresponsive on the couch.

In the call, Williams told dispatchers that he had fallen asleep on the couch the night prior and hadn’t budged by the time she checked on him that morning.

Rich Homie Quan shared cryptic message in final Instagram post days before his death

Williams, who sounded noticeably shaken, said she placed a blanket over the “Type of Way” rapper under the assumption he was still sleeping and then left to take her son to school.

However, she checked on Quan once she got home and “didn’t feel a heartbeat” and noticed he wasn’t breathing.

“When I turned him over he kind of foamed at the mouth,” she said through tears.
